Does RepWallet replace credentialing platforms?
No. RepWallet is a rep-side credential readiness layer. Credentialing platforms and hospitals remain the verification and system-of-record layers. RepWallet works alongside them and feeds them cleaner inputs.
Does RepWallet approve credentials?
No. RepWallet helps reps organize documents, track readiness, and pre-screen to flag items that may need attention. Final review and approval stay with the credentialing or facility workflow.
How does the Smart Access Pass work?
The Smart Access Pass combines a rep's verified profile, photo, current readiness status, and a rotating QR code into one easy-to-present experience. It is a secure, real-time representation of credential readiness based on the information available within RepWallet - not hospital-issued access or a replacement for any platform's final determination.
Is RepWallet secure and HIPAA-ready?
RepWallet is built on HIPAA-aware architecture, with encryption at rest, passkey and biometric sign-in, and an append-only audit log. SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap.
